Leadership
To be an effective leader, you must believe that you can be/are one.
You must have confidence within you, you must keep your promises, you must be a good listener and be reliable. Everyone is looking to be led in a world where we all feel lost and trying to figure ourselves out. Firstly, being a leader is not easy, all leaders can tell you that. However, anyone can be a leader if they accept the challenge and the role as one. When you believe that you can be/are one, you can do anything in life. You can be whomever you want to be when you believe in yourself.
If you believe that you can be a leader, others will eventually believe in you as well.
We all have talents that can be very useful, we just need to figure out how it can be put to use.
Secondly, having confidence will not only get you far in life, but it makes you feel good inside.
When a person is confident, they know what they want and how to get what they want.
Confident people get far in life because they know that having no confidence results to an unsuccessful lifestyle. When you have no confidence, people use you for their own advantage, take you for granted, and they step on you like a bug. To be a leader, you must have that confidence.
You can’t have too much though, because too much confidence can seem self-centered and selfish. Every leader needs confidence to be successful and in order to be followed. 
If you have confidence within you, people will believe in you, because you know what you are talking about. Thirdly, a promise is like a commitment in a relationship. You can’t let that person down, you can’t break that trust that they have trusted in you. When we don't keep a promise to someone, it communicates to that person that we don't value him or her. Keeping a promise means that people can count on you for anything. As a leader, you must be a person of your word.
Don’t make promises you can’t keep. If you make a promise you can’t keep in your workplace, the word will spread and your reputation goes low, your image becomes bad, people can’t trust you.
Keeping a promise as a leader is very important, because holding a promise means that you value your people. Fourthly, as a leader, you must be a good listener. You must be willing to listen no matter what, and must give good inputs when spoken to. People often pretend that they are listening, it’s easy to spot those people, because they give you short responses. 
To be an effective listener, you must listen. All your attention must be towards that person speaking to you, your thoughts of what you had for breakfast or what you will have for lunch needs to be pushed aside. It is easy to get distracted when people are talking to us, that is why we must control where our attention should be. Give great inputs when asked for advice, because as a leader, your inputs matters.
Lastly, you must be a reliable leader. Your people will want to count on you, you must be that leader that can’t let them down. They expect you to know what you are doing and what you are talking about, because they rely on you with their knowledge to learn about the business or any leadership environment. Being reliable is an important building block in the foundation of your life.
Being a reliable person builds trust in any type of relationships, because they know that they can count on you to keep your word, be there when you’ll say you’ll be, and do what you say you’ll do.
By improving my leadership skills and abilities, I expect to be a better leader than I am now. 
I want to be better than I ever was. Once I have improved my leadership skills more, I will make a difference in this world. I don’t know when, but I will.
