The Truth

They know of her, but do not really know her,

They trust her, but she does not trust them.

They ask her for favors and she grants them,

They ask her to lie, but she walks away.

They do not know her values and limitations,

If they knew, they wouldn’t ask for such a thing.

This shows they do not know her at all,

She speaks the truth, but others thinks it is a weakness.

Her soul and heart is as truthful as it can be,

Not a lot of people notice, and not a lot of people will ever get the chance to see.

She walks away from people that purposely do wrong,

She walks away from people that does not understand and respect her innocence.

Maybe it is because not a lot of people know her at all,

Don’t let her down and don’t break her trust.

For she values trust and loyalty,

If by chance you break this, you will be a story from the past.
