Expectations

You cannot expect honesty from others if you yourself are not honest.

You cannot expect loyalty from others if you yourself are not loyal. 

You cannot expect trust from others if you yourself are not trustworthy.

You cannot expect people to put in so much effort into something if you yourself do not.

You cannot expect someone to love you if you yourself do not love them.

You cannot expect someone to put you as a priority if you yourself do not put them as yours.

You cannot tell people not to do something if you yourself do it.

You cannot expect others to not hurt you if you yourself hurt them.

You simply cannot be hypocrite as it says a lot about you.
