Do Not Dwell On the Past

You must learn to not dwell on the past,
Take a deep breath and paused.
You must learn to move on,
Life is like a marathon.
If you stay behind, you get left behind,
Don’t act like you are blind.
Look around you,
Say thank you for what and who you have.
Do not take anyone for granted,
Or you will be a story from their past.
They will not dwell on you,
They will move on for something new.
Do not dwell on the past,
Because people do not always last.
